Eels in the Ocean while Munching on Crunchy Chicken and sipping Coco-cola at the Beach! SLJ Task

Kia Ora everyone and welcome back to my blog. Today’s blog post is titled, “Eels in the Ocean while Munching on Crunchy Chicken and sipping Coco-cola at the Beach!”. Today we had to make a copy of a drawing and fill in some words that could be anything. We had to place Names, Nouns, Verbs and Adjectives.

Here is my story:

One day, Peter and Patrick planned to spend the day at the beach. Peter was in charge of lunch and packed a big feed of Crispy Chicken and two big bottles of Coco-Cola. Patrick was in charge of activities and packed Sunscreen and Swimming Togs. The sun was boiling and the beach was breezy. Peter and Patrick wanted to learn how to swim so they hired some floaties and jumped into the water, it was warm. After that they ate all their snacks, but still felt hungry so they went over to the shops to buy some Fries. It was Delicious. Suddenly they noticed in the water a slimy eel. Everyone was screaming and the lifeguard blew on his whistle. After that they decided to play Beach Volleyball and Tag. At the end of the day Peter and Patrick packed their bags and went home.

After we had completed writing our story, we had to make another drawing and make a picture that matches the story. Here is my picture. I hope you like it! What is your favourite marine life animal? Mine has to be Sea Turtles! Goodbye and have a great day!

Viva Pit Senyor! Happy Sinulog! SLJ Task.

Happy Sinulog to all my Filipinos there. Today is a special day because it is the festival of our very own Santo Nino de Cebu. In honor of Santo Nino and this Sinulog, I made a poster for Sinulog. I included performing Santo Nino during a dance, Santo Nino, and of course a Pit Senyor! Anyways here is my poster, I hope you enjoy! What are the most interesting cultural celebrations you know of?

My Pokemon Cards. SLJ Task

Kia Ora everyone and welcome back to my blog. Today I did the activity of making our own Pokemon cards. We had to create 2 cards with different creatures/monsters. My Creatures were Mawsosus (You can see on the blog under this one) and a new one called Comrade. Here are the descriptions of each monster/creature.

Mawsosus: The Mawsosus can be found near Crater Lakes, near volcanic parks or any other place volcanic in the Americas. The Mawsosus is its own specie of creature. Comrade: A War Hero/Creature that has a mini tank so powerful that one blast would be bigger than the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb in 1945.

Things I included on the game cards were Names, Descriptions, What energy it is, The powers, A special power and a Blocking Power. The special power is basically a superpower that you can use if you have an energy card that matches the energy on the card. The Blocking Power is a power you can use to block another player’s attack but you need to PSC to see if you can use that blocking ability. If you win you gain either 20 or 30 more health.

Anyways here are my game cards, I hope you enjoy! What is your favourite Pokemon Card? Goodbye and have a great day!

Mawsosus! SLJ Task

Kia Ora everyone and welcome back to my blog. Today I did the task of creating my own monster/creature. I created a Monster/Creature called a Mawsosus (MAW-SO-SUS). The Mawsosus can be found near Crater Lakes, near volcanic parks or any other place volcanic in the Americas. The Mawsosus is its own type of creature. If you see this creature step back immediately because you may get sprayed with lava or get hit with volcanic ash.

For my base I used the body and lips of a Maw from the game “My Singing Monsters” and gave it a new colour change that relates to fires and volcanoes. For the hair I made some fiery looking smoke, (It may not look like it, but hey, act cool). And I used a png picture of some fire breath for the tongue. Anyways here is my finished product, I hope you like it. What is a cool fact you know about Volcanoes? Goodbye and have a good day.

My 7up Mobile! SLJ Task

Kia Ora everyone and welcome back to my blog. Today I did the task of making a recyclable car/vehicle. The things I used for this were recyclable Cups for the wheels, 7 up bottles for the base and paper. I used 2 recyclable cups and cut them in half to get 4 wheels. The paper is for building some interior and accessories and I drew with some pencil and vivid. This project took me around 30-35 minutes. I used a lot of tape and glue to construct this together. Anyways here is my 7up mobile. I hope you like it! What is your dream car? Mine is just a simple Tesla Model S. Goodbye and have a great day!

A Message from IncrediCarrot. SLJ Task

My story was me playing some video games on my PS4 pro. Anyways I hope you will enjoy it! What is your favourite video game? Mine is the whole NBA 2k franchise. Goodbye and have a great day!

Meow! Meow! Time for Shapes! SLJ Task.

Kia Ora everyone and welcome back to my blog. Today I did the task of making shapes, animals or actions by using Tangram Triangles. According to google, The Tangram is a deceptively simple set of seven geometric shapes made up of five triangles (two small triangles, one medium triangle, and two large triangles), a square, and a parallelogram. When the pieces are arranged together they suggest an amazing variety of forms, embodying many numerical and geometric concepts.

What I did was make a cat with the Tangram Builder. Shapes I could notice were Quadrilateral Rhombus, Right Angle Triangle, Equilateral Triangles, and a Quadrilateral Square. Here is my cat, I hope you like it! What would you make using the Tangram Builder? Goodbye and have a great year!
